Our Vertos All Company Meeting & National Sales Meeting will be at the beautiful Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
We are excited to host all of our employees onsite for this event! Hotel reservations will be made for all employees (local and non-local) so please be sure to plan accordingly.

Vertos will be coordinating ground transportation to Terranea for all employees arriving at the following airports. You're responsible for booking your flights, which will be reimbursed through your Concur expense report. Please select an arrival flight that lands no later than 2pm at one of the airports listed below. For your departure flight home, any time on departure day is fine!
We encourage you to promptly book your flights and share your travel details using the form provided below.
Once you have booked your flights, it is essential for you to fill out the below travel form by January 12, 2024 so we can ensure the correct pickup time for your arrival.
If you are flying into the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or the Long Beach Airport (LGB), ground transportation to the resort will be provided by our transportation partner, GLI Worldwide Transportation. It is critical that you provide all flight details in the above travel form so our transportation partners can ensure they have the correct pick-up time for you and to ensure a smooth transportation experience.
If you live locally and are planning to drive to the resort, valet parking is the only option. Please tell the valet attendant that you are with Vertos and they will add your valet fee to our master bill.

For HQ teams, Accounting, Clinical Research, Finance, HR, IT, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Assurance and R&D, the meeting dates are February 4 – 6, 2024.
For Clinical Education & Training, Customer & Sales Operations, Field Sales, Marketing & Education, Market Access & Reimbursement, Research and Upstream Marketing teams, the meeting dates are February 4 – 8, 2024.

To register, click on the Register Now button at the top or bottom of the page. The deadline to register is Monday, December 18.
Please select a flight that lands no later than 2pm at one of the airports listed below, as we are providing ground transportation to the resort. Flights are to be booked on own and will be reimbursed through your Concur expense report (or use your corporate card if applicable).
Once you have booked your flights, it is essential for you to fill out the Flight and Travel Details Submission Form by January 12, 2024, so we can ensure the correct pickup time for your arrival.
The Welcome Dinner begins at 5PM. We suggest planning your flight to land no later than 2PM. This ensures ample time to get to the resort by 4PM.
Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. The resort will do their best to have rooms ready before 4PM, however this is not guaranteed.
Please check-in to the hotel first and then visit our Vertos Hospitality Desk in the Golden Cove conference room, located on the ground floor by the Cove Terrace to pick up your name badge and a special surprise!
The Vertos Hospitality Desk will be open from 12PM – 5PM on Sunday and will reopen at 7:30AM on Monday morning.

The weather in February is a little unpredictable, but typically ranges from the mid to high 60s. There is a chance of rain or light drizzle so please check the weather closer to the event. We recommend bringing a jacket for evening events and for the meeting room.
Yes, most meals will be provided throughout the duration of your stay. Please refer to the agenda closer to the event.
Yes! Transportation is provided for all employees flying in for this event. To ensure a smooth transportation experience, it is essential to submit your flight details before the event so we can schedule your pickup time with our transportation partner. Please fill out the Flight and Travel Details Submission Form by January 12, 2024.
If you are local and driving in for this event, please valet your car upon arrival. More details are in the Hotel & Travel Information section.
The hotel has a very limited number of hotel rooms available should you decide to stay pre/post. The contracted group rate is $395.00 per night + tax & $35.00 resort fee per night. If you want to extend your stay, please reach out to Megan Palmer via email as soon as possible. Please do not book your flights until Megan has confirmed the availability for your request.
We will miss you! A zoom link will be provided for meeting room sessions for those that cannot attend in person.
